THINKING AHEAD - DAY PLANNER
For many, it can be beneficial to understand what the day ahead brings. This planner is intended to help ease social anxiety, identify sensory triggers and develop organisation skills.
JARS OF ME
Understanding self is something that is beneficial to all. This exercise provides an opportunity for self awareness and confidence building, as well as something to revisit in times of insecurity.
FEELINGS CHART
Acknowledging and bringing understanding around thoughts and feelings is vital in building strong relationships. With this tool, the user can reflect on their day, take note of their feelings and help others understand their emotions in turn.
WEEKLY PLANNER
Knowing what the plans are for the week ahead can help to alleviate stress and boost productivity. Achievements and improvements can be noted to be taken into consideration for the follow week.
BREATHING SQUARE
This simple breathing exercise can be used to clear the mind at the start of the day, before sleep or to decompress in moments of stress or tension.
